B- and T-cells are both produced in the bone marrow, but T-cells leave the bone marrow to mature in the thymus

Humoral is when the invading pathogens are freely circulating the body. Cellular or cell-mediated is when the invading pathogens have taken over cells.
What do eosinophils primarily target and destroy?

Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell that defend the body against parasitic worms by positioning themselves against the worm and discharging the destructive contents of their large cytoplasmic granules.

I guess just the largest blood vessels, like the ones that connect to the heart.
I wasn't very specific, so you can probably name whatever blood vessels you want, as long as you get the location right.

main artery, connects to left ventricle, takes blood to systemic capillaries
veins, connect to right atrium
connects right ventricle and lung
connects left atrium and lung.
