Obligatory VA 2014 thread.

Anyways, 2014 VA Tournaments:

Invitationals: Fairfax HS Division C Invitational: January 11, 2014 (open to out-of-state teams!)

Most VA teams seeking an invitational consider PA, NY, or OH, as they all offer competitions for both divisions, are within a reasonable commute from northern VA, and offer a chance to compete with other nationally ranked teams such as Solon MS and Harriton HS.

Regionals: TBA
Like last year, Division B regionals will be qualifiers for the State tournament. Additionally, all returning Division B teams may have at most 2 teams, but Division C teams may still field 3 teams per school. New schools, regardless of division, may only field 1 team.

States: March 22, 2014 at Madison HS

Events:
Events NOT HELD in Div B: Helicopters, Metric Mastery
Events NOT HELD in Div C: Bungee Drop

Additionally, some events will only be run at the State tournament.
