The Assassination 12: Reign of the Hunted

Welcome, honored guests. I have gathered you all here because you are the greatest minds on the planet. Unfortunately for you, I have also gathered you all here so I can assassinate you, one by one (all the doors lock). Nothing personal; it's just what I do. Now, to be nice, I will give you a chance to discover my identity and end this reign of the hunted. First, some ground rules:

1. By vote of the Eternal Order of the Assasinators, tehkubix and starpug are banned from participating as Assasinators or police officers until further notice is given. However, they remain in the pool of victims. Edit: This rule has been repealed

2. The police officers will be the next five people who post. Put in a bit of thought before posting. If you have not been around for awhile, it is less likely that you will be able to identify me.

3. People will die. However, there are some exceptions. I will not kill administrators or moderators. In return, I ask that they not reveal my identity.

4. Police officers may die, but a police officer may protect another police officer. However, a police officer may not protect himself.

5. Once a police officer has made three incorrect accusations, he may not accuse or protect anyone.

6. The assassin will provide clues which plainly point to his next victim, and occasionally to himself.

7. The assassin will continue to post with his true account, and may provide hints there.

8. The assassin will write entertaining and mildly gruesome accounts of his kills.

9. When accusing someone of being Assasinator you must use the following template "I accuse (place name here) because (give reason here)." If you don't use this template when accusing, the accusation won't count.

10. Once "killed," a user may not make any statements about the identity of the Assasinator.

11. The Assasinator reserves the right to add to or change these rules as he deems necessary.

12. Non-players may post on this thread, but they may not aid the officers in any of their duties.

Remember: The only person you can trust is yourself. Everyone will claim to be innocent, but somebody will be lying. The only way to confirm someone's innocence (or guilt) is for an officer to submit a formal accusation.

Now that that's out of the way, I simply need to wait for the officers to name themselves. Choose wisely, as once we begin, there will be no mercy. Once I am done with you geniuses, the world shall be a better place. But enough chatter. Let the games begin!

I have just been informed that rule number one has been repealed by the Internal Order of Assassinators. I apologize for the inconvenience; however, one should think twice before deciding to screw with the game again.

Thanks dude that would be a 4th vote and there's 7 people in the Assasinators order so I'm in

EDIT: Gniessisnice you can't stop someone else who doesn't know who the Assasinator is from being an officer. Having one officer not being able to accuse is like having an officer that's already exhausted their guesses, it's a huge handicap for the officers and is one less person the Assassinator has to kill to win. Therefore I motion that we add a rule that the person who appointed the Assassinator must give up their spot to someone else who doesn't know who the Assassinator is if someone posts 6th.
