Is there going to be an individual event contest like there was last year?

Regionals 2013 C division: DP 3rd, WQ 5th.

The contest is now over, of course (since nationals has passed), but essentially what you do is predict the winning team for each event at nationals, then the scores of the teams you picked are added up tournament-style and a winner is determined.
