Points system

Post by Beastybob12345 »

This site should have a points system. You get more points the more you post. I know this site was made on Forumotion. I have a forum of my own using Forumotion. If you want to know how to add a points system, it's this: Admin Panel>Modules>Points System>Click Yes on Activate Points System.

Thanks

I believe you are thinking of another forum software. Scioly.org is not made on forummotion, it is built off of PhpBB3.
phpBB does not allow points per se.

However we do have post count, which is essentially points.

Even if this were to be implemented, why? People like me who post a lot but don't have that many valuable things to say would deserve less points than someone who had only made, say, 50 posts, but all of those were long and elaborate and helped someone a lot. There are too many variables to consider than simply post count.
