The next day, at the January Sciolyville town meeting, a voice comes on over the town hall's loudspeaker:
Do not be so quick to overlook the 99th game. THIS game will be the Event to remember. You will all come to rue the day which you overlooked Assassinator 99!
RULES:
1. Officers will be the first five to send me the answer to the clue. All others who send the answer will be substitute officers when necessary.
2. Civilians may help.
3. I will not attempt to kill Administrators or Moderators. In return, I ask they not reveal my identity.
4. Once an officer has mad three incorrect accusations, he is stripped of his position.
5. Officers must only protect one person per clue. When protecting, say, "I protect (full username) because (reason)." Officers must make at least one protection per every two unsolved clues. If you feel you may miss two clues, contact me for a temporary or permanent substitution.
6. I will provide clues to my next victim, and, on occasion, to myself.
7. All officers are given an accusation to begin with. They may recieve more if I do not post within one week, or if they protect correctly.
8. When accusing, say, "I accuse (full username), because (reason). If you accuse correctly, you have the privilege of choosing my successor.
9. If you are dead, you may NOT in any way, aid the officers.
10. Clues last two days, after which I shall attempt to kill.
11. I win after 15 kills, but that number goes down after each incorrect accusation.
12. I may change the rules when I deem necessary.
