Scioly Assassination 97: Gotta Catch 'Em All

Who am I? Hahahaha! Team Rocket is back once again, with me as their new leader. We begin once more experimental research on Pokémon. We steal Pokémon for profit. Exploit Pokémon for profit. All Pokémon exist for the glory of Team Rocket. Eventually, we will take over the world using Pokémon. Care to stop me? Figure out who I am, and you will get a chance to battle me. For now, you may call me as “the Assassinator”.
Here are the rules:
1. The trainers will be the next five people who post. Put in a bit of thought before posting. If you have not been around for awhile, it is less likely that you will be able to identify me.
2. Pokémon will faint. However, there are some exceptions. The assassin will not attack moderators and administrators. In return, the assassin asks that they not reveal his identity.
3. Trainers may be targeted, but they can protect themselves.
4. The assassin will provide clues that plainly point to his next victim, and occasionally to himself.
5. The assassin will continue to post with his true account, and may provide hints there.
6. The assassin will write entertaining and mildly gruesome accounts of his exploits.
7. The Assassinator reserves the right to add to these rules as he deems necessary.
The most long lost and forgotten ritual is reinstated. Two black marks and you’re out.
