At a competition one year, I photographed a sign that said "Run clockwise for safety", with the arrow below pointing in a counterclockwise direction.

I'm not sure this is quite the way you wanted it(we've all seen this one)...

Open at other end.

From a book I recently read:

Whenever I see an "open other end" warning on a box, I open the wrong end just to see what will happen. I'm still alive.

Not quite that funny, but there's no point to this warning.

Oh and once I think I saw some baby product that wasn't for kids under 3.
