Does anyone know if there's going to be any twists on it this year, or just same old ED?

This year, the event is sponsored by Jell-O, and as a result, all experiments must use either gelatin or pudding as one of the materials.

A year too late - last year, based off of glacial movement, there was an experiment involving Flubber at the Solon Invitational.

I really hope so. I hate Jello.

You'll just have to see when the rules come out.

It's pretty much the same. Minor changes regarding the statistics and stuff.

Oh that was awful- made me glad to be a writer. There really isn't too much you can do with it- I don't think it has been changed in years. On the other hand, doing experiments with Jell-O could be interesting. Maybe I'll mention it to our coach at practice later this week, see if I can get him to fall for it.

I am still trying to comprehend all of this--- at every competition (invites reg state and nats) the experiment is going to have to include Jell-O?
