That's not true, you can purchase them through the official soinc webstore right now. Here's the link for Division B:

Yes I know I ordered them already. I was just double checking. I can't wait this year the events are incredible!

Also not entirely true. Some of them already shipped. I got mine delivered on Friday (of course I also probably am near the top of the list when it comes to whose gets shipped in what order).

A general suggestion to Div B students: if possible talk to members on your high school's science olympiad team, as they have already done this event last year. You may be able to learn some very useful tips and tricks.
