Glue on Top of the bottle

can we have glue on top of the bottle as long as its not touching the part where the pressure goes in

No glue may contact any part of the bottle itself. If you are applying glue to another piece that is then taped onto the bottle, that is fine.

(This is a rule because many glues can damage the structural integrity of the bottle, and nobody wants a rocket to explode. )
