Does anyone know when the results for the TCC regional will come out? They said the results would come out Feb 23, but they still haven’t sent them out.

Forgive me for asking, but I forgot: How does dropping events at State work?
Thanks in advance!

It will be pre-dropped, like UT Regionals. You pick five events (number of trial events) to not compete in BEFORE the competition and you will receive a rank of 0 in them.

Ah, I see. And trial events themselves can therefore count towards overall score if you chose not to exempt them. Thanks!
EDIT: Also, is it known if we still send people to the events we exempted so they can get more experience? Or would that simply clog up the grading process and make things unnecessarily complicated for the proctors and others involved?

Back when I competed, teams weren't supposed to send any members to events they had dropped. This isn't official at all, but my guess is that it'd probably be the same now.
