For those of you who have played and/or followed along AND understood them, what are some suggestions to make them better?
I have noticed that the games have been dying for numerous reasons (no pun intended), and i like them not to die. So, any suggestions?

Some sort of warning that makes them not start during school. Like, 3:00 at the earliest.

But thats part of the fun, making them start during school! Boot up your insanely slow school computers... wait, whats this A NEW ASSASSINATION GAME? AND ONE OFFICER SPOT LEFT??? Oh no! While I was waiting some one else took my spot! GRRR!!!

Anyways, the variety is Assassinator's discretion. You want to start a game at mindnight? Go ahead! You want to start it at 5:00 PM? Go ahead! Even the variations in the rules (#44, #49, #50) are up the assassinator, which is why there is little point to this thread. No body can control what the assassinator does.

There used to be a group called The Eternal Order Of The Assassinators (EOOTA) that controlled the game. It was made up of all the past assassinators. What lead to the fall of the EOOTA was the fact that the only person who really did anything was robotman, and the EOOTA lost control while still having power. This caused all sorts of problems, which lead to the #39 issue, in which the games did die- everyone said "Just one more good game". #40 was starpug's epic round, and everyone fell in love with the games again.

MY POINT BEING that the games are and should be completely up to the assassinator. Usually they are the ones with awesome ideas, and when all the officers start getting into it, it causes a lot of problems, like every round being exactly the same (ALL of the early-modern games, 10-39 really) but then look at 49-53: each one completely different and unique in its own way: Red herrings, six assassinators, space, chess, and now wandering. You can just look at these games and tell that all of them are way better than the other games, popularity aside. The problem lies in the fact that past players (starpug, robotman, etc.) have a bad taste in their mouths from 10-39 (not that they were bad, just repetitious) and 46-48, which made them stop liking the assassination games.

I think that there are plenty of people playing, each round has been filled relatively quickly. I think at this moment in time, the games are not at risk of dying. As long as us assassinators can keep up with the good games and the officers can keep playing and the correctly accusing officers keep picking good people, the games will live on.

Just my personal opinion.

Yes, except then each assassinator loses control of his/her games. I think that if the current assassinator wants advice, they can ask someone.

To be a good assassinator and hold attention, you must be creative. Thus, I think only left-handed people should be made assassinator.

Good clues support good rounds. Good clues come from logic. Logic comes from right handed people.
However, you are right. Therefore, only ambidextrous people should be made assassinator.

the point remaining, you, robo just agreed with me. to make sure a game stays good, an assassinator can look at this thread for advice on making good games. the assassinators can give the next one SUGGESTIONS, not rules, on how to make their game good.
