Does fear die before death? Or does fear defy death?
Their eyes glared at the tattered mansion, standing skeleton on the corner of the empty, shabby streets. The abandoned house stood with poise as it’s doors creaked with every blowing gust. The wooden shingles rippled above the rotting dead grass. The group paused with time, gulping as the house shuddered. The door creaked open, only moving a centimeter at a time.
The crumbling walls cackled. It’s sinister voice echoed,“Do you want to enter love?”
“It’ll be loads of fun.”
“Don't you want to see the truth?” The voice erupted with laughter, “Or are you just too blinded by conventional ideologies?”
“Are you brave enough to challenge yourself?”
The strangers sent glances to each other as their eyes flicked between the rotting wooden door and amongst themselves. Their shadows crept onto their backs, slowly clasping around their necks, tightening it. Some of them, confused by this puzzling promise of perception, stepped onto the barren lawn permeated by creeping roots. Only their harsh, heavy breaths echo into the night sky.
“What are you waiting for, darlings? Come on in, it’ll be fun.”
The group let their fears consume them, only leaving their footprints behind, while the wind suddenly stops.
RULES:
1.Anyone may participate, however, only the first six people to reply will be given the chance to save their fellow humans…
2.Reaper may or may not use gender neutral pronouns in every clue.
3.Each officer may only protect or accuse once per clue.
4.If an officer correctly protects a human, they earn an accusation point.
5.If an officer dies, their accusation points will be lost.
6.There will be ten clues. Each clue lasts 72 hours.
7.The reaper will hint at members of the group they plan to target, and occasionally at who they are...
8.Use this format to accuse the reaper: “Is _____ the one who has conspired to claim our lives?”
9.Once a human is killed, they may only post once after dying. It cannot be direct speculations, or blatant answers to clues. It must be a discreet goodbye.
10.With each of the ten clues, a group member is killed, and if the reaper isn't found by when the clues end...well…GOODBYE.
11.The rules can have changes made accordingly.
12.If the reaper does not post in 72 hours, an extra accusation point will be given to one officer.
Last thing, This funhouse may or may not have multiple reapers waiting to claim a soul.
This game will start after six people have replied.
