Let the voting begin! Who do YOU want to see as the next officer? Pick wisely, because this is the 50th anniversary, and I've got some tricks up my sleeve!
Rules:

1. The people nominated here will move on to the poll to decide the new officer.
2. To nominate someone, you must use the following format: "I nominate (place name here)."
3. ANYONE may nominate.
4. In order to go on to the poll, someones nomination must be seconded at least once.
5. You may NOT nominate yourself.
6. You may NOT nominate someone that has been killed.
7. You have until noon on Sunday (Eastern time) to nominate. After that, the nominations will close and the poll will go up.
8. The new elected officer will replace the first officer to die, so he will not take the officer position until an officer has died.
9. You may only nominate one person, although you can also second one person's nomination.
10. You may NOT nominate someone and second that same person.
11. I hold the right to add to these rules as I deem necessary.

None of the officers have been killed yet...

I think it is provisional for when the first officer is killed, so that the winner may move in.

We should pick someone who has been in the game the longest and is good at these sorts of clues, like gneissisnice or starpug.

Hmm... I hadn't thought of that. Well, never the less, here is the new rule:

You are allowed to nominate ONE person, and you can second ONE person's nomination. One new nomination, one second nomination.

Why is the assassinator having robodude do his dirty work? Seriously, if its part of the assassination, the topic should be posted by the assassinator.

yes but that's not going to help us now,.. lets focus on nominations. I think starpug might be a good choice.
