In some parts of the country, yes, but generally, no.

It's hard to say for sure, but regarding Illinois, they probably will be following the mini SO format. It's kinda too early to call whether we can do a satellite SO by March. Hopefully, we'll get something from ISO by January.

tl;dr (this is gonna be long but here goes ...)
ALL regionals will be held over two Saturdays: 03/06/2021 and 03/13/2021
Most likely gonna follow a miniSO format (tests taken synchronously online) (most likely gonna use Scilympiad, but this has not yet been confirmed)
Conflict blocks will be posted no later than 11/06/2020 have been posted as of 10/27/2020!
Event modifications will be posted no later than 12/15/2020
Builds at regionals will either:
1) be canceled
2) be scored as a trial and either be held as drive thru or virtual
Medals will be awarded to students based on their regional.
