"New Posts" glitch

A very minor glitch I've noticed:

I recently switched from primarily using safari to using firefox, and I've since had a glitch in the "new posts" list. When I'm in that listing, I'll click on a topic to read it, then hit the back button to go back to "new posts". In safari, the beaker next to the topic turns from blue to red right after I go back. In firefox, on the other hand, I have to either refresh or go back to the main page for the beaker to turn red.

I might just be doing something stupid... I don't know.

I reproduced what you are talking about. That's just how the browsers behave, not a bug/glitch.

Safari doesn't appear to load the page from cache (though it keeps text fields filled in, if you were writing a post or something).

Firefox, Opera, IE, and Chrome all seem to just load the page from cache when you hit back.

There's probably an extension, if not just a setting, to get Firefox to behave like Safari in that respect.
