You can tell if someone is trying to rickroll you by hovering your cursor over the link and seeing if it's YT. This challenge will be way to wayy too easy if people don't start using bitl.y

Also, maybe this should just be a collection of rick rolls from across the forums - perhaps quoting rickroll posts and sticking them on this thread to give the users credit?
