Parachute deploymeny

Post by VelDun »

Hello, I am using a circular parachute but have no idea how to make it deploy consistently. I works semi well but is completely luck based and I don't want to risk it for my next competition. Any ideas would help! Thanks.

You could look into parachute vents(someone gave me this advice earlier), also I have realized( from scioly users' posts) that it could be bc ur ping pong ball is lighter than ur parachute. So u could try making ur ping pong ball heavier OR ur parachute lighter. Hope that helps

You could put a very long tube at the top of your rocket and hang the ball by the canopy from there.
I CAN DAB AT COMPETITIONS AGAIN :x :x :x
