Rule 3.e.
"...no part of the vehicle, except the Wheels, may extend 0.5 cm more beyond the front of the dowel."
Does this mean:
1) all parts of the car must stay behind the dowel, except the wheels which may only extend up to 0.5cm in front of the dowel and no more (my interpretation)
2) all parts of the vehicle can stay up to 0.5cm in front of the dowel, except for the wheels, which can go as much as you want in front of the dowel?
Does this mean:

2) all parts of the vehicle can stay up to 0.5cm in front of the dowel, except for the wheels, which can go as much as you want in front of the dowel?

Re: Rule 3.e.
I agree that it's most likely #2, but I'd recommend submitting a Rules Clarification if you're unsure.Tendan wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2019 7:20 amagreed, I'd say #2xiangyu wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 4:03 pmI interpret it as #2.sciolyperson1 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 29, 2019 2:55 pm "...no part of the vehicle, except the Wheels, may extend 0.5 cm more beyond the front of the dowel."
