Ping Pong Parachute
Me and my partner are confused it says that the parachute and ball can only be connected by tape, does this mean it is tape from ball to parachute or tape then string then chute connected with tape?

Well, the rules mention the parachute assembly, which I interpret to be the parachute with the string.
