Air powered launcher
Air powered launcher
Hello, my team needs to test out their designs. Does anyone know of an air powered launcher to purchase? or instructions to make one? TIA

These instructions are for a pretty good design. If you can't find the #3 stopper at a hardware store, try a home brewing store. The rest of the parts you can get at Lowe's or Home Depot.
I'm partial to it over the PVC and zip-tie launcher - the release mechanism is less finicky.

The Model Z from Nerds Inc should be the standard launcher for most tournaments. https://www.nerdsinc.com/products/model-z

I don't think I ordered the right launcher. Would this not work?

Yes, I use this and it works great. Only thing is it's hard to pin down when launching in a gym, so we just have someone press the button on the launcher to launcher instead of pulling the string to trigger it.eagerlearner102 wrote: ↑December 6th, 2019, 8:58 pm I don't think I ordered the right launcher.
