They have not in the past, but if someone were to make it, it can be its own thread (it would probably instantly become the most informative online source for DCSO info because they still, somehow, do not have a website, NSO get on this). Otherwise, NCS Invitational discussion can happen here.

We're excited to announce that we'll be hosting the first ever invitational at Johns Hopkins University on February 8, 2020! The tournament will be open to
Division B teams in
Maryland and Washington DC. The tournament will be run by students at Johns Hopkins University, many of whom also run events at the Maryland State tournament, so this is a great opportunity to get experience for state!
For more information, head to our website:
https://sites.google.com/view/2020jhusoinvite/home
Registration is open, but limited to 30 teams!

Feel free to ask us any questions!

In looking at Princeton results, I found it interesting how large of a Maryland presence there was. 5 of last year's top 10 was present.
River Hill looks to be the clear favorite right now. They were already on the rise after last season, and with their 6th place at Princeton, I think they have the advantage over Centennial. In fact, I suspect that Centennial might wind up closer to Richard Montgomery and Walter Johnson than River Hill in terms of state score. It would be River Hill's first national appearance since 2010.

Hm, that would be quite interesting. I remember River Hill looked definitively weaker than Centennial throughout last year.

Dang, I knew Burleigh Manor was much improved but I didn't expect them to leap straight into nationals contention. States will be a fascinating race.
If you get scores at any point, please post!

Wow, that is very interesting to see. States certainly will be a shakeup. Also looks like some predictions of a slight rise for Pilgrimage were unfounded.
