1. a fault that has both significant vertical and horizontal movement (combination of strike-slip and dip-slip faults)
2. reverse faulting around a "block" of land pushes it upward, creating mountains
3. regional metamorphism occurs when a particular region of rock is subject to intense heat and pressure, while contact metamorphism occurs when magmatic intrusions recrystallize the surrounding rock with their heat

Yea pretty much for 1 but what you described sounded to me more like an oblique-slip fault. I get what you mean tho. Also listric faults are like normal faults with a curved plane.
Also for 2, I thought they functioned with normal faults (like with horsts and grabens and tensional stress), but I could be mistaken.
