Scioly.org

As part of the rollover, we did some updates to the forum software behind the scenes that appear to have broken a few things. Please be patient, as it may take some time for us to fix all of them, but I am starting this thread to gather all the new problems in one place. Please post any new issues with things no longer functioning correctly here, and I will try to keep this post updated with a list.

Known issues:
-Many BBcodes may be broken, including: (Feel free to report ones that have not yet been listed) -Quotes are no longer displaying the name of the quoted author
-Emojis have apparently switched back to software default Fixed 2019/09/04 10:23 AM PST
-Odd wiki blocks mysteriously taking effect (seems to affect all regular users with same incorrect single-user block)
-Style issues with smiles in PM page

The icons that can be used with PMs are now enlarged to a very large size, and cover most of the cylinder behind them.

Not sure if this is for this thread, but I can no longer edit my userpage. Here is the text I got. It's kinda weird because this block was from 2009 and showed up today. FYI, I made my userpage a month ago, and until recently have been able to edit it.

The block was made by Dark sabre. The reason given is no reason given.

I do like this year's update, it organizes the forums nicely!

I got the same message, and I've checked with others on my team, who also received the same message when trying to edit a page. My guess is that they may be updating the wiki for the new season, and don't want anyone to touch anything while they do it. Could be a bug though.

I think the wiki should be functional again. You may notice some differences logging in and out of the wiki (it will now redirect you through the forums).

EDIT: It works when I logout so I guess it probably just has something to do with the brackets in my username...

It's the brackets in your name. Pretty interesting that it works in phpBB.

Smilies have been restored. For updated images to appear correctly, you may need to clear your cache.
