New Members Have Problems

Hey we had our first meeting today and I told everyone to join this site. The only problem is now people are sending me messages saying they can't register because of the spam blocker thing (gives you a blurred word and you have to write it out). One guy told me he tried 5 times and then got kicked off. He's a pretty smart guy so I don't think it's human error...what should I tell these people if it continues to be a problem?

Some of the CAPTCHA's (the blurred word test is this) are hard. Every once in a while I've seen it make an impossible one. Lots of people seem to manage it though, so I don't think there's any error in the registration system.
Other than hoping for an easy one, I'd just say to make sure they are not getting the addition word problem thing wrong or any of the other fields.

If they really can't get it to work, PM me their:
Email
Desired username

and I will make the account(s) and email them temporary passwords.
