Coaches/Parent Contract

Hi,

Does anyone have a good example/template of a coaches/parent contract that can be given to parents/coaches before the season begins? This would have expectations for practices and competitions for the year on it.

If you scroll towards the bottom of this page, the Science Olympiad Code of Ethics and General Rules, there's statements for pledges for all participants: students, coaches, parents, and event supervisors.
