Hi everyone!

I am pleased to announce that the 26th annual Solon High School Science Olympiad Invitational will be held on February 1, 2020! Last year, our tournament hosted 72 teams representing six states. I'd like to extend a special congratulations to the five participating schools who placed in the top ten at the 2019 National Tournament!

Our 2019 invitational was privileged to have five events supervised or authored by the National Event Supervisor, a number I expect to increase this coming year. Additionally, we have already recruited several alumni who placed first at the 2019 National Tournament to author exams for our 2020 invitational. We always strive to offer a challenging but fair competition with experienced supervisors.

Other exciting features of our tournament include:

• Event and team awards through eighth place
  Tournament schedule which exactly mirrors that of the National Tournament
  Trial events, Scioly meetup, and special giveaways
  Affordable concessions and famous hospitality suite

Registration will open on August 1, 2019; we do expect to be completely full with a waitlist. More information is available on our website. Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested in attending in 2020!
