Ubuntu 9.10
The latest and greatest version of Ubuntu is (supposedly) going to be released on October 27. Does anybody have any thoughts on the matter?

Re: Ubuntu 9.10
Ubuntu is a free Linux build developed by Canonical Ltd. I believe that it's one of the most popular Linux builds.sciolykid101 wrote:What exactly is Ubuntu?binary010101 wrote:The latest and greatest version of Ubuntu is (supposedly) going to be released on October 27. Re: Ubuntu 9.10
Oh ubuntu, how I miss thee...
I used to use it back when it was Fiesty Fawn, its an excellent OS and very stable, I used to dual boot Ubuntu and Windows.
But one time when I reformatted my computer I didn't reinstall ubuntu, its very nice but inconvenient to change to windows constantly to play games, and I could never come up with a satisfying rationale for myself to pick it back up.

Re: Ubuntu 9.10
Will upgrade my current Ubuntu install as I've done for the past two years... hehe. Personally, I can't wait for it to arrive... upgrading is always very exciting.
