The coin flew out of box then fell back and triggered next action but it failed to flip to the tail.

Is it 75 point as a touch or just 50 points?

Since the coin flip simply did not happen, you just wouldn't get the 50 points for it. There is no penalty unless you touch it.

Luckily it did not happen during our state tournament. We got 1413.
