Do we need a logbook for boomilever? Since they didn't mention it in the rules. Also if we need the logbook, then what do we include in it? Do we include the boomilever design and measurements?

No logbook needed, though it is highly advised that you use one anyways. It is always a good thing to keep track of your scores, designs, the weights of individual members. I include the weight, the load, the score, the design used, notes, as well as the weight of some individual members..
