Can someone please advise which Gorilla glue is best for lamination, as there is a lot of variety. Is Gorilla wood glue recommended or Gorilla Super glue ? Any adivise would be of great help. Thanks.

Original Gorilla Glue (light brown, foam up)
Clear Gorilla Glue (no foam) (we use this)
Not wood glue, not super glue.
Remember, full cure in 24 hours, so build early.

Is there a reason not to use wood glue and super glue? Or is it just that you guys don't use wood glue and super glue.

Normal wood glue is much harder to work with, nowhere near as strong as cyanoacrylate or Gorilla Glue, takes a lot longer to dry... well let's just say that wood glue doesn't stick well for this event (hehe the pun).

Is gorilla glue inherently better than cyanoacrylate?

depends on what part of the boomi you're gluing. gorilla glue is heavier than CA and it's stronger, but gorilla glue isn't necessary for the bracing, where CA will do the job. however, gorilla glue is a good idea for the base especially, and possibly the distal end too (or any part that needs to be really strong. )

OK thanks! All I have at the moment is CA so I'll need to buy some gorilla glue
