Scioly Assassination Number 32: Death of the Innocents

Welcome my friends, to Scioly Assassination Number 32: Death of the Innocents. I promise you a much more eventful assassination round than the last, unlike my predecessor who didn't even have to time break a law, I shall leave a path of death that shall not soon be forgotten. Join if you dare.
While on vacation you walk into a small walled city on the European continent. It seems unusual that no one is there to greet you at the various coffee shops, restaraunts, and inns. You then hear a loud menacing cackle that runs a chill down your spine, followed by the rusty creaking of the gates to the abandonned city slamming shut. Immediately all of you run to the gates, only to realize that they have been securely closed and locked. A note lies at the foot of the gate, it reads...
"Congratulations, you all now how the privledge of being my next group of victims. For decades I have lived here and trapped groups of people, and none have yet left my dominion. If you wish to escape with your lives, then you shall have to capture me, for only I have the key. If you fail to do so, then you shall all meet your death here."
Lastly I would like to say that I will give clues, and I may or may not indicate them as such. Trust me, you will need them to catch me (if you can).
1. The police officers will be the next five people who post. Put in a bit of thought before posting. If you have not been around for awhile, it is less likely that you will be able to identify me.
2. There will be five "informants" who will be the five people who post after the officers
3. People will die. However, there are some exceptions. I will not kill administrators or moderators. In return, I ask that they not reveal my identity.
4. Police officers may die, but a police officer may protect another police officer.
5. Once a police officer has made three incorrect accusations, he may not accuse or protect anyone.
6. The assassin will provide clues which plainly point to his next victim, and occasionally to himself.
7. The assassin will continue to post with his true account, and may provide hints there.
8. The assassin will write entertaining and mildly gruesome accounts of his kills.
9. When accusing someone of being Assassinator you must use the following template "I accuse (place name here) because (give reason here)." If you don't use this template when accusing the accusation won't count.
10. Once "killed" a user may not make any statements about the identity of the Assassinator.
11.Non-officers and non-informants may NOT post.
12. Any non-officer/non-informant who posts will be added to a hit list this hit list will be passed down assassinator to assassinator until the people on it have been killed.
13. Expect PMs from the official keeper of the hitlist, TheGiver
14.The Assassinator reserves the right to add to these rules as he deems necessary.
