They ask stuff about the construction of your buggy, the parts you used, etc. just to make sure that you and your partner built the buggy, not parents or coaches. Also, try to avoid creating new topics unless absolutely necessary. This question coulda been posted in the main topic

yes, they ask how the car works, such as the stopping mechanism and the gear system.
