I can't get onto the chat

(I don't know if this is the right place for this but yeah)
I was going in and out of the chat trying to see if I could host an image on its Filepicker and when I went to log in with my registered account I got this
Error Connecting (Closing Link: [76.106.2.178] (Z:Lined (Floodbots are not welcome on this network)))
I'm not a floodbot! Is there a cooldown for this so I can get back on the chat?

All within a short amount of time and I didn't post anything

Network-wide access is out of our control so there is unfortunately nothing that we can do here. Give it a couple days and see if you're able to get in.
