1. The azimuth is an angle that describes the direction of a vector quantity, measured clockwise from north I think?
2. Sea level?
3. False: There are antiformal synclines and synformal anticlines.

1. The azimuth is an angle that describes the direction of a vector quantity, measured clockwise from north I think?
2. Sea level?
3. False: There are antiformal synclines and synformal anticlines.
1 and 3 are good, but for 2 I was looking for the term geoid.

is good and all if you want to avoid the pipeline, but you can't put whatever you want in the first blank (i.e. if you want to say question instead of answer, you'd have to use [hide])

In an anticline, the oldest layers are on the bottom while in an antiform, the layers are U-shaped
I did that off the top of my head, so hopefully I didn't mix them up...
I think that's right, but for an antiform it's just any fold that slopes up i guess(i think)

Strike and dip relate to slopes. The strike traces a line of equal elevation, and the dip traces the line of fastest descent. The strike and dip are perpendicular to each other.
