So I'm on a different computer than normal, and when I try to go on the IRC, I get this:

Not sure if this is a problem on my end or scioly's end though...

That sounds like it would be between you (or your client) and the IRC network (not run run by us). The only thing we could control is if you were unable to join the channel. The error message looks like it would be on the former side, as I think "DNSBL" means that the IRC server (or a client server) is blacklisted by a DNS server being used, probably at your end.
