Indoor Bottle Rocket is a trial event for Division B/C. The national trial rules are located on the national
website. The division or rules may vary depending on state.

One question: Why don't they allow glues?
Is it unsafe?

Glues can weaken the plastic pressure vessel, causing it to burst when they try to pressurize it.

Thoughts?

I’ve done bottle rockets in middle school and I did fairly well. I got a soda bottle, put three fins on the bottle equally apart, and a ping pong ball on the tip after making a cone. I’ll see what I can come up with in the east few days on me free time. This is an event that I would want to do.

Does anyone think this will ever become an event? I'm going to high school in a few years, and I'm excited to have the possibility to do bottle rocket again (I did it for 3 years straight already).
