Dihedral

1.Any recommended length for the dihedral? (Wing panel)
2.Do the dihedrals also count toward the maximum horizontally projected wingspan?

Typical is the wing tip 1" to 1.5" higher than the wing.
The magic word is "projected" . If you run a square or a block up to the wing tip, the edge of the block is that value. If you start a wing block as zero, then the other block is the distance. A quick way of checking is to cut a piece of balsa stick to the maximum length. If your wing is less than that, you are fine. If not simply un glue both tips and increase the height .
