What's the minimum size for the aircraft (If there is even one)?

As far as I can tell (from a quick reading of the rules), there are no minimum dimensions. There's not really a point to setting out minimum dimensions for this event since there's not really and advantage to a smaller plane, and it's one more thing for the event supervisor to check.

kk, prolly gonna make a peanut plane with large wings. Any warnings ("don't make the wingspan over _ cm!")?

Yes. See rules 3.d and 3.e. Having just read those rules, I can quote all of the dimensions from memory, but that is left as an exercise for the reader, as site rules specify.
