Hi,
When I was reading the rules for battery buggy I came a cross some unclarity for what I am allowed to use to make my design. I was wondering if someone can tell me if you are allowed to use some electronic device and which. Also, what kind of breaks can we use if not?

You can only use the specific electronic parts listed in rule 3e. I have a feeling you are asking about whether or not you are allowed to use a micro controller, and the answer is no.

You can implement a wingnut braking system in which the wingnut hits a switch to turn off the motor that you are using to run the car.
I suggest you read through the main threads on this forum to get a better understanding of general design.
