Might as well start up a scores thread.
The top few scores at Forsyth Central Invitational last weekend were all in the range of ~35 points. Not certain what to make of that - seems a little weaker than I'd have expected.

Just built my first vehicle this weekend. So far, so good. I have a nice clump of data points sitting in the 20-25 point range for 4m. Haven't tested at other distance. Have ideas to improve score.
Vehicle Details:
Carbon Fiber and 3-D printed body. Rear axle is 3/16 in carbon fiber, front one is 1/4-20 steel all-thread (awaiting titanium to replace it). Using BaneBots 2 7/8 in wheels in back, and 2 3/8 in wheels in front (saves weight increases accuracy). I am using two victor mouse traps in parallel. My drive arm is 35cm long. Final build mass is 310 g. Titanium should bring that under 300 g.
Edit: The 3/8 in carbon fiber axle is actually a 3/16 in carbon fiber axle.

those bane bots wheels are quick small yet your vehicle is still able to go the maximum distance. When the run is almost over is the mousetrap still pulling on the axle or is moving by it self? Also how far apart are your axles?

It depends on the distance. For 2m the mousetrap is still pulling. For 4m it's all the way down. Also just realized I wrote 3/8 instead of 3/16 for the carbon fiber axle.
The wheel base is 40 cm (35cm for lever arm + 5cm for mounting mousetraps).

It depends on the distance. For 2m the mousetrap is still pulling. For 4m it's all the way down. Also just realized I wrote 3/8 instead of 3/16 for the carbon fiber axle.

We scored roughly 15 at our invitational this weekend, ~3cm off the 2.3m (yes, they used States rules for some reason) target and it took about 9sec. I feel like for some reason it's been more of an issue to get it go faster than having it be accurate.

It would have been Fairfax invitational in northern Virginia.

There were several good scores at the Mira Loma Invitational and, although I don't have exact numbers, it was easy to estimate based upon what I saw in person. Teams from Troy, Mira Loma, and Camus scored around 15 plus or minus a few points. Vehicles were taking between 8 and 10 seconds (distance was 2.5m behind SP), and they ended up very near the target point (less than 5cm).
