ooh, good question.
Because I do Battery Buggy, we would get either .5m intervals for regionals or .1m for states (or 0.01m for nats).

Springhouse randomized their teams though, it looks like (at Rustin).
So probably at Garnet Valley, Community will win but maybe at like new Tripoli they won't? idk lol.

Springhouse's strategy at Rustin was to pair a returning member with a new member, not quite randomizing it (In the words of a person I know from Springhouse). In my opinion, Springhouse is simply a little weaker this year, not gaining as many members as they had hoped for.
