Why does my plane stall in mid-air?

I'm definitely not the most experienced person, but it could be from your COG being too far back, or your front wing posts being raised too much.

Depends on what you mean by 'mid-air'. Please describe the whole flight and some details of your plane design. How long did it fly before stalling, was it on ascent or descent, describe the stall in some detail. Weight, size, wing and tail location, center of gravity relative to wing, prop, rubber, winding.

Without detailed background, it makes it difficult to diagnose your stall via bulletin board.

We had this problem on 2 of our planes. Changing the angle of incidence on the wing and manipulating the position of the wing on the fuselage fixed it.
