I know it sounds like silly question....but class one to class three lever is not scorable, correct? Because it is same simple machine on both sides of transfer?

Correct as both are Levers its a Lever to Lever transfer which is not scorable.

I believe that It would count because the example they gave of the guide said that the 1st class lever was used.
