this is the quick and dirty rundown
1 there is an assassinator hius job is to leave clues that point to a person if noone protects that person the assassianator killes the person
2 there are five officers and 5 inforamnts that can post and protect
3 in the assassinators post they will leave clues pointing toward their identity
4 when the assassinator is cought the officer that cought him picks he secsessed

there are a few technicallities about it though the who ever is in charge of the list decides who to place on the list or not
