As of now, the best bet is likely Green Generation. If it's not, then Ecology would be the most likely to come back. I suspect that a rotation between GG, Ecology, and WQ might become the standard procedure, but that is pure speculation as I am in no way privy to the decisions made by the national committee. ;)

The normal one hadn't worked for me in the past, no. I didn't want to deal with the stress that I had been dealing with. To be completely honest, it was a lot easier to make the electronic one than the clay/straw one, and I trust it a lot more.
Careful. We used one of those two years ago, and then last year it was illegal. I guess it's legal this year, but you might be taking a risk.

Is there really any confirmation on what rotation it's on? I've done Water Quality for the last three years, so I don't think it's a two-year rotation...

There's no reason why it would be illegal. I looked over the specs sheet.

At an invitational I went to over the weekend, for the salinometer, they gave us about 1.5 inches of salt water. Pretty much nobody was able to test their salinometer. Has this happened to anyone before? It was really strange. My partner and I just started laughing when we couldn't test it.
