Yeah sorry, I didn't read that closely. I thought there was a chance I had survived. Then I read it again.

Looking down the almost indefinately long hallway, IdahoSciGuy finally sees the end. No more tiles. He steps off, and a few feet farther down, reaches a door. Entering, he only sees three other people- fmtiger124, RandomPerson52, and lllazar. He is greeted with cheers, but asks "Where's EAST?". He was answered by a bright light; not comming from the room itself, but through the door from which he entered. The light faded, and looking around, all four knew not what had just happened, but that EASTstroudsburg13 had been the only one left in that room. Across the room, they see four doors, each with a bright sign containing their name. With final goodbyes, they enter the doors. After a series of twists and turns, each reaches a room with a ladder, and a trapdoor above. Climbing up and into the next room, each does not see the other. Instead, they see two doors in this new, perfectly square, pure white room.

Only the smartest may survive.

In this round, each person has been placed in a "maze" of rooms. Everyone has been placed an equal distance from the end room in the center. Each room has four doors (except the edges which only have 3, and the corners which only have 2). However, some doors lock from the other side and thus can not be opened. You will recieve a list of possible directions in which you can travel. You will send which door you wish to enter, North, South, East, or West. You may also send in a list of more than one direction you want to go- however, if you try to enter through a door which is locked. you will be sent back to the previous room.
Once you reach the center room you are allowed to exit through the trapdoor and into the next room.

fmtiger124 and lllazar sit waiting in the room. What will happen next? Suddenly the door to their north flies open, and in comes RandomPerson52, out of breath. "Finally I found you guys!" he yelled. Suddenly all the lights go dark, and all three are thrown into complete darkness. Less than a few second later, the lights come on, and all four of the doors are gone- and in their place is a small trapdoor in the center of the room. How odd, they all think.
"Ok then... three of us left, what do you think will be down there?" asks fmtiger124.
"I'm not sure, but can we take a brake?" asks RandomPerson, tiered from his long journey inside the maze.

It wasn't luck, and it really wasn't hard.

The concept is that you started in a room with 2 doors (a corner). Consequently, if your two options were "South" and "East", you would want to go an equal number of rooms south and east, and so you would just keep track.
