Nope. It's a three year rotation, and Fossils has been here two years. Next year is the last year though. Then it's back to R and M.

Which is sad...but Sci Oly is about learning new things, i can wait for A & M to be back, ive never done it, but boy do i love binder events...

I'm pumped! Even though I'm not competing in regular events, I've been working hard on my trial and can't wait to spend time with my team. We're going to be noticeable by mass amounts of duct tape. I also get to miss 5 periods of school on Friday, including all the classes I don't like. Good luck everyone!

Also, team numbers and a lot of other stuff are on illinoisolympiad.org as of this morning.

Well, the ISO site said this:

"We are seeking a team picture and a picture of the school (and one fun picture). If that is not possible, a picture of the school and the mascot is fine.... Please send your THREE pictures as attachments to johannjr@mac.com by TUESDAY, APRIL 6TH AT 5 PM!!"

Since they want electronic pictures, I think it's just a slideshow of all of the competing teams, but I'm not positive

Duct Tape is the most essential Scioly staple. You have to have it. Also, I'm doing Model This and possibly a building event, but I haven't decided yet. I know I'm running out of time.

And about the parade of schools, they used to do a real one, with teams doing laps of the gym. I guess that took too much time, because last year they switched to a digital slideshow version.

Umm...your names Heather right? Don't wanna get it wrong...
