I think there are some sample quadrangles somewhere in USGS... if you need work on highway maps then just memorize your state one, that's the one most likely to be used at a state competition anyway.

Tufts has a good amount of tests

For Topo Maps you can print maps out from USGS than tape each section together or you can order them from Here

Road maps you can collect them as you travel, try calling/emailing the state travel department asking if they would donate maps, or find a friend or relative in the state you need and ask them to send you a map

Yea but everytime i try to go to the site given in the Tufts website it says "access forbidden" so i cannot get the maps for those tests.

Are you doing this on a school computer or a home computer? Because our school district's really touchy on the blocked websites.
